The primary purposes of the Property Owners Association (POA) are to:
Provide a forum to support lot owners and the ACC in enforcement and interpretation of the covenants.
Provide input to the ACC, Architectural Control Committee.
Organize lot owners on matters requiring a vote of all property owners.
Present Association positions to local government officials or agencies on issues of importance to lot owners.
Foster a neighborhood spirit through various projects and events.
